How does yearly billing work?

Pay for 10 months and get 12. Yearly plans are billed once for the full year.

Move to Studio. It includes 3 coaches and 75 active clients, and each extra coach adds 25 clients for 49 DT a month.

What are AI credits?

Credits power the AI assistant: drafting programs, replies and check-in summaries. Your monthly allowance depends on your plan. On Free, the assistant is available to the coach only.

Can I add coaches to Studio?

Yes. Each extra coach is 49 DT a month and adds 25 active clients and 5,000 AI credits.

Do my athletes pay HeyCoach?

No. Athletes pay you for your coaching plans. Your HeyCoach plan covers your workspace.
