1. About HeyCoach

HeyCoach is an online platform for sport coaching. Coaches use it to manage their athletes, programs, plans and payments. Athletes use it to find a coach and follow their coaching.

2. Your account

You sign up with your phone number, verified by a one-time code. Keep your account secure and the information on it accurate.

You must be at least 15 years old to use HeyCoach. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.

3. Coach plans and billing

Coaches choose a HeyCoach plan: Free, Pro 10, Pro 25, Pro 50 or Studio. Paid plans are billed monthly, or yearly at the price of 10 months.

Each plan sets the number of coaches, active clients and AI credits. If you go over your active-client limit, you will be asked to move to a higher plan.

4. Coaching between coaches and athletes

Coaches set their own coaching plans and prices. Athletes pay their coach directly, by the methods the coach accepts.

HeyCoach is not a party to the coaching agreement between a coach and an athlete and does not hold athletes’ payments.

5. Health and safety

Coaching on HeyCoach is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are recovering from an injury.

Stop and seek help if you feel pain or discomfort during a session.

6. AI assistant

The AI assistant helps coaches draft programs, replies and summaries. Its suggestions can be wrong. Coaches review everything before it reaches an athlete and remain responsible for their coaching.

7. Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, abusive or misleading content, impersonate others, or misuse other people’s data. Coaches must describe their qualifications accurately.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time from the app settings. Paid plans run until the end of the period already paid. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Liability

HeyCoach is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for the content and results of coaching delivered by coaches.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. We will tell you about important changes in the app before they apply. Questions: contact@heycoach.tn.
