Last updated: 6 October 2026

This policy explains which personal data HeyCoach collects, why, and what you can do about it.

HeyCoach runs the HeyCoach website and apps and is responsible for the personal data described here. We process personal data in line with Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data.

Depending on how you use HeyCoach, we collect:

  • Account data: name, phone number, email, language and city.
  • Coaching data: programs, workouts, check-ins, body measurements, progress photos, nutrition logs and messages.
  • Health information you choose to share, such as injuries or a health disclosure.
  • Payment records: plan, amount and status. We do not store card numbers.
  • Technical data: device, app version and usage logs.

To run your account and the coaching service, to let your coach follow your progress, to send reminders and notifications, to keep HeyCoach secure, and to improve it.

Your coach sees the coaching data you share in their workspace. You decide which data your coach can access, and you can withdraw that access in the app at any time.

When a coach uses the AI assistant, the coaching data needed for the request is processed to generate a suggestion. The coach reviews it before anything is sent to you.

We share data only with providers that help us run HeyCoach, such as hosting, verification-code messaging and payments, under contracts that protect it, or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

We keep your data while your account is open. When you close it, we delete or anonymise your data, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and sensitive actions are logged.

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to some processing. Write to contact@heycoach.tn. You can also contact the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP).

We will tell you in the app about important changes to this policy.
